Malden Tax Partnershp

If you're from Malden, Medford, Everett, or any of the surrounding communities, you can help local residents get free tax return preparation through the IRS VITA Site at the Cyber Cafe @ Malden Square in Malden. VITA stands for Volunteer Income Tax Assistance and each year the partnership helps low-income residents e-file their federal and state tax returns for free. While most returns are prepared at the Cyber Cafe @ Malden Square, this year we will be able to go to other locations if there are a significant number of people who cannot get to our site. This would include building with larger numbers of seniors, people with disabilities, or even an outreach in one of the other cities for local residents.

We use a toll-free messaging line (866-833-2823) to receive calls and a volunteer will call you back within a day or two. Whether you want to volunteer, ask about a remote location visit, or need your taxes done, contact us!
